Time is just flying by! We just got back from a trip to Florida where I ran the Disney Half-Marathon. Now it's back to reality, and menu-planning. Here's what I have planned for the week:
Monday - Traveling - had a salad at Panera
Tuesday - Asparagus/Ham Wraps, Sweet Potatoes, Spinach Salad
Wednesday - Salmon, Rice Pilaf, Frozen Veggies (cooked, of course!), Cooked Spinach
Thursday - Red Beans & Rice and Guacamole
Friday - Pork Tenderloin, Brussel Sprouts, Rice Pilaf
