Here's what's cooking for this week:

Sunday - Balsamic Chicken with Roasted Tomatoes and Mushroom & Zuchinni Orzo, Salad, French Bread

Monday - Leftover Thai food from this weekend

Tuesday - Pesto Shrimp Pasta, Salad

Wednesday - Corned Beef & Cabbage with family

Thursday - Tilapia with Warm Olive Salsa and Lemon Couscous with Toasted Pine Nuts

Friday - Out to eat with our fantastic out-of-town friends!  :-)
